Pricing

One flat price per plan — no per-seat fee. Storage and sending limits are shared across every domain and address on your account. There is no free tier: running mail servers costs real money, so the cheapest plan is a genuinely cheap plan instead of a loss-making one.

Domain packs sit on top of Business and Professional and are always billed yearly — €12 a year on Business, €10 a year on Professional — even when the plan itself is billed monthly. A pack raises only the number of domains you may connect; mailboxes, storage and sending limits stay as they are. Remove a pack at renewal, no penalty.

The awkward questions
Why there is no free plan
A mailbox costs money every day it exists — storage, backups, spam filtering, and a share of the sending reputation we all depend on. A free tier would be paid for by the customers who do pay, and it attracts exactly the accounts that damage deliverability for everyone else. We would rather make the cheapest plan genuinely cheap than make it free and quietly fund it elsewhere.
Why we don't count your addresses
An address on our platform costs us next to nothing — a row in a table and a mailbox at the mail server. What actually costs money is the storage it uses and the mail it sends and receives, and those are what we meter. So Starter and Business come with a comfortable count of mailboxes, and Professional and Enterprise stop counting them altogether. Pay for the resources that have a bill attached, not for the labels you put on them.
Why Starter and the packs are yearly only
Every card payment carries a fixed fee. On very small amounts that fee is a huge share of the payment — a monthly Starter, or a monthly domain pack, would have to cost more per year than the yearly version. Charging more for the smaller commitment seemed dishonest, so nothing under €60 a year is ever billed monthly: Starter is €18 once a year and domain packs are €12 or €10 a year, even when the plan itself is billed monthly.
What happens if you outgrow a limit
Nothing breaks silently. At 80% of any quota you get a notice; at 100% incoming mail is deferred rather than bounced, so senders retry while you decide. Add a domain pack, raise a mailbox quota, or move up a plan — the difference is prorated and the new limits apply the moment you confirm.

Sending limits exist to protect deliverability for everyone on the platform. MailRos is not a bulk or marketing email service; outbound volume is expected to be transactional and person-to-person.
